Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a proactive Program Administrator to coordinate global customer engagements, enforce standards, and support profitability across locations. The role emphasizes process adherence, cross-team collaboration, and timely financial reporting.

You will partner with Account Executives and Program Managers, managing templates, quotes, and customer playbooks while ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven ability to deliver world-class service to customers and colleagues.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze problems and deliver solutions with minimal precedent.

Responsibilities

Monitor open work orders with local offices and coordinate solutions.
Generate and review invoices for service and installation, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Track profitability and assist with quarterly business reviews and strategy meetings.
Maintain customer data in iCare and onboarding of new accounts as needed.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial/performance reports.
