Zusammenfassung

Lyft is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead Global B2B initiatives across multiple geographies and functions. You will own the end-to-end plan, coordinate dependencies, and drive execution toward a shared date, reporting to the VP of Technology.

You will run scheduling forums, align acquisitions like FreeNow and Gett, and partner with Partnerships, Rider, and MBA to bring AI-enabled surfaces into the roadmap. Excellent communication and ability to navigate ambiguity are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.
• Experience building an integrated plan across multiple orgs with dependency management.
• Experience running sequencing/prioritization forums arbiter across capacity.
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguity and produce dated plans.
• Excellent communication across levels from engineers to executives.
• Experience with platform or infrastructure programs serving multiple P&Ls.
• M&A integration experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multi-quarter programs.
• Ability to influence in matrixed environments without direct authority.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end program management of Global B2B with integrated cross-org plan.
• Run sequencing forum to resolve priorities and arbitrate capacity.
• Drive execution across platform layers and coordinate owners.
• Track and report program health across revenue lines and elevate risks early.
• Lead planning with Europe for FreeNow/Gett integration and timeline.
• Manage annual planning cycle for Global B2B September–November.
• Build and enforce a consistent product standard across portfolio.
• Design onboarding for acquired/newly connected businesses.
• Partner with Partnerships, Rider, and MBA to bring AI/agentic surfaces into the plan from the start.
• Communicate status to stakeholders from engineers to executives clearly.
