Job summary

Lyft is seeking a Technical Program Manager to bring order, momentum, and rigor to a cross-organization Global B2B program. You will own the end-to-end plan across Rider, Lyft Europe, Lyft Business, Global Growth, and Finance, and drive execution across core platform layers.

You will report to the VP of Technology and partner with multiple teams to align initiatives, arbitrate priorities, and translate strategy into dated commitments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program/Project Management, or a related role.
• Proven ability to build and hold one integrated plan across multiple orgs with different priorities.
• Experience standing up or running a sequencing/prioritization forum.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguity with high-level direction.
• Able to communicate highly technical and cross-functional problems to all levels.
• Experience with platform or infrastructure programs serving multiple business lines.
• Background supporting or working alongside M&A integration is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills for multi-quarter programs.
• Able to influence and negotiate in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program management of Global B2B and maintain the integrated cross-org plan.
• Run the sequencing forum to arbitrate constraints and priorities.
• Drive execution across platform layers and coordinate owners across orgs.
• Track and report program health and mitigate risks before they slip dates.
• Lead joint planning between Global B2B and Lyft Europe for integrations and timelines.
• Manage the annual planning cycle from September through November.
• Build and enforce a consistent product standard across the portfolio.
• Design onboarding for newly acquired or connected businesses following acquisitions.
• Partner with Partnerships, Rider, and MBA to include AI/agentic surfaces in the plan from the start.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to engineers and executives.
