Job summary

Lyft is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Global B2B to bring order and momentum to a multi-P&L program across the US and Europe. You will own the end-to-end plan, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive execution across platform layers including CRM, billing, and partner integration.

You will communicate status to engineers and executives in a direct, factual style, navigate ambiguity, and ensure commitments are written, dated, and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles, spanning platform, product, and go-to-market work.
• Ability to build and hold one integrated plan across multiple orgs with varying priorities and cadences.
• Experience standing up sequencing/prioritization forums to arbitrate competing business cases.
• Comfort with ambiguity and translating high-level direction into dated, written plans.
• Ability to communicate technical and cross-functional problems to all levels, including C-level executives.
• Experience with platform or infrastructure programs serving multiple business lines (CRM, billing, partner layers).
• Background supporting or working with M&A integrations is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills to keep multi-quarter programs on track.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program management of Global B2B; maintain the integrated cross-org plan.
• Run sequencing forum to resolve priorities and arbitrate capacity.
• Drive execution across core platform layers and coordinate owners and funding models.
• Track and report program health across revenue lines and surface risks early.
• Lead joint planning between Global B2B and Lyft Europe for integrations and timelines.
• Manage annual planning cycle for Global B2B from Sept through Nov.
• Build and enforce a consistent product standard across the portfolio.
• Design onboarding for newly acquired or connected businesses (FreeNow, Gett, TBR).
• Partner with Partnerships, Rider, and MBA to bring AI/agentic surfaces into the plan.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to engineers and executives.
