Lyft is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Global B2B, a fully remote role in the United States. You will own the end-to-end program across multiple geographies and P&Ls, aligning dependencies, driving sequencing forums, and coordinating core platform layers.

You will report to the VP and partner with Partnerships, Rider, MBA, and Europe teams to align integrations and onboarding for acquired businesses, while maintaining an integrated, dated plan and clear executive communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program/Project Management, or a related role.
• Experience building one integrated plan across multiple orgs with dependency management.
• Experience standing up sequencing/prioritization forums.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguity and translate into written, dated plans.
• Excellent ability to communicate technical and cross-functional problems to all levels.
• Experience with platform or infrastructure programs serving multiple lines/P&Ls.
• Experience with or supporting M&A integration is a plus.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multi-quarter programs.
• Ability to influence in a matrixed environment without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end program management of Global B2B; maintain integrated cross-org plan with owners and dates.
• Run sequencing forum to align priorities and capacity across commitments.
• Coordinate platform core layers and surface where design authority and funding need resolution.
• Track program health across revenue lines and raise risks before date slips.
• Lead joint planning between Global B2B and Lyft Europe for integration timelines.
• Manage annual planning cycle from September through November.
• Build and enforce a consistent product standard across the portfolio.
• Design onboarding paths for acquired or connected businesses (FreeNow, Gett, TBR).
• Partner with teams to incorporate AI/agentic surfaces and protocol work from start.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to engineers up to executive leadership.
