Job summary

Lyft is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive Global B2B initiatives. You’ll own an integrated cross-org plan spanning multiple geographies and functions, coordinate sequencing forums, and drive execution across core platforms such as CRM and billing systems.

The role is fully remote in the United States, with ongoing planning and M&A integration considerations. You’ll report to the VP and collaborate with Partnerships, Rider, MBA teams, and executives to deliver a shared, date-driven

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technical Program Management, spanning platform, product, and go-to-market work.
• Ability to build and hold one integrated plan across multiple orgs with dependencies.
• Experience running a sequencing/prioritization forum for competing business cases.
• Operate autonomously in ambiguity and translate into dated plans.
• Communicate technical and cross-functional problems to all levels, up to C-level.
• Experience with platform/infrastructure programs for multiple P&Ls; CRM/billing layers.
• Background with or supporting M&A integration is a plus.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; able to influence in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management of Global B2B; maintain an integrated cross-org plan.
• Run sequencing forum to evaluate cases, priorities, and capacity across commitments.
• Drive execution across platform layers; coordinate owners and funding decisions.
• Track program health across revenue lines and mitigate date slips early.
• Plan joint work with Lyft Europe to align integration timelines.
• Lead annual planning cycle from September through November.
• Build and enforce a consistent product standard across the portfolio.
• Design onboarding for newly acquired or connected businesses.
