Lyft seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive a large-scale Global B2B program spanning multiple geographies and functions. You will own the integrated cross-org plan, name dependencies with owners and dates, and keep the roadmap honest as priorities shift across Rider, Lyft Europe, Lyft Business, and other teams.

You will coordinate sequencing forums, drive execution across platform layers, and report program health to executives.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management or related work.
• Ability to build and maintain one integrated plan across orgs.
• Experience running a sequencing/prioritization forum.
• Comfort with high ambiguity and translating it into a plan.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to all levels, including execs.
• Experience with platform or infra programs serving multiple lines.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end program management of Global B2B and maintain the integrated plan.
• Run sequencing forum to arbitrate priorities and capacity.
• Coordinate across platform layers and align ownership and funding.
• Track program health across revenue lines and escalate risks early.
• Lead joint planning with Global B2B and Lyft Europe for integrations.
• Manage annual planning cycle and translate scope into initiatives.
