Job summary

Lyft is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the Global B2B program across multiple geographies and lines of business. You will orchestrate a cross-functional plan, name dependencies, assign owners and dates, and keep the program honest as priorities shift.

You will lead a sequencing forum, drive platform execution, and report health and risks to executives, ensuring scalable governance for strategic growth across US and Europe.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technical Program Management, PM or related role spanning platform, product, and go-to-market work.
• Ability to build and hold one integrated plan across multiple orgs with dependency management.
• Experience running a sequencing/prioritization forum coordinating competing business cases.
• Comfort in ambiguity with ability to translate to a written, dated plan.
• Able to explain highly technical problems to all levels, including C-level.
• Experience with platform or infrastructure programs serving multiple business lines.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program management of Global B2B: maintain the integrated cross-org plan, map dependencies to owners and dates, adapt as priorities shift.
• Run the sequencing forum to evaluate business cases, arbitrate priorities, and manage capacity across commitments.
• Drive execution across core platform layers (application, billing, partner integration, marketing) with clear ownership and funding decisions.
• Track and report program health for all revenue lines and preempt risks before delays occur.
• Lead planning with Global B2B and Lyft Europe to align integration timelines and commitments.
• Manage annual planning cycles, translating scope into resourced, sequenced initiatives.
