Job summary

Lyft seeks a Technical Program Manager for Global B2B to drive an integrated cross-org program across multiple geographies and functions. You will own sequencing, dependencies, and require strong collaboration to deliver on a shared plan, aligning stakeholders from Rider to Finance.

You will coordinate platform work and onboarding for new acquisitions such as FreeNow, Gett, and TBR, while maintaining a high standard of program governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technical Program Management or related roles spanning platform, product, and GTM work.
• Ability to build and sustain one integrated plan across multiple orgs with dependency management.
• Experience running sequencing/prioritization forums to arbitrate competing business cases.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management across Global B2B: integrated cross-org plan, clear owners and dates, adapt as priorities shift.
• Lead sequencing forum to align business cases, priorities, and capacity across commitments and platform work.
• Drive execution across platform layers, coordinating owners and surfacing design/funding decisions.
• Track program health across revenue lines and identify risks early to avoid date slips.
• Coordinate joint planning between Global B2B and Lyft Europe for integration timelines and commitments.
• Manage annual planning cycle from September to November with resourced, sequenced initiatives.
• Enforce a consistent product standard and a gating process to prevent scope creep.
• Design onboarding for newly acquired businesses covering platform, P&L, and GTM motion.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Rider, and MBA to embed AI/agentic surfaces in the plan from the start.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to engineers and executives.
