Lyft seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead Global B2B across US and EU, aligning multiple lines of business under one plan. You will own the integrated roadmap, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive execution across core platform areas including CRM, billing, and partner integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technical Program Management or related roles.
• Ability to build and hold one integrated plan across multiple orgs.
• Experience running a sequencing/prioritization forum.
• Comfort operating autonomously in ambiguity and translating it into a plan.
• Able to communicate technical and cross-functional problems to all levels, including C-level.
• Experience with platform/infrastructure programs serving multiple business lines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management of Global B2B and maintain the integrated cross-org plan.
• Run sequencing forums to resolve priorities and arbitrate capacity.
• Drive execution across platform layers and coordinate owners and funding.
• Track and report program health across all revenue lines and manage risks.
• Lead joint planning with Lyft Europe for integrations and timelines.
• Manage the annual planning cycle from September through November.
• Build and enforce a consistent product standard with gating for requirements.
• Design onboarding for newly acquired or connected businesses covering GTM and P&L.
