Lyft is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Global B2B to unite cross-organizational plans across US B2B, EU B2B, EU B2G, Chauffeur, Partner/Protocol integrations. You’ll turn strategy into a sequenced, tracked program.

You’ll own end-to-end program management, run sequencing forums, coordinate platform work, and report health to engineers and executives. This role is fully remote in the US with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technical Program Management or related roles.
• Ability to own one integrated plan across multiple orgs with interdependencies.
• Experience running sequencing/prioritization forums.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and translating it into plans.
• Ability to communicate technical and cross-functional problems to all levels.
• Experience with platform/infrastructure programs serving multiple lines.
• Experience with or supporting M&A integration is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills for multi-quarter programs.
• Ability to influence in a matrixed environment without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end program management of Global B2B; maintain an integrated cross-org plan.
• Run sequencing forum to resolve priorities and arbitrate capacity.
• Drive execution across platform layers and coordinate owners.
• Track program health across revenue lines and flag risks early.
• Lead planning with Global B2B and Lyft Europe for integrations and roadmap.
• Manage annual planning cycle for Global B2B (Sept–Nov).
• Build and enforce a consistent product standard and gating process.
• Design onboarding for acquired or connected businesses (FreeNow, Gett, TBR).
• Partner with Partnerships, Rider, and MBA to include AI/agentic surfaces.
• Communicate status and decisions clearly to engineers and executives.
