Job summary

Lyft is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to coordinate Global B2B initiatives across every line of business, spanning multiple geographies and functions. You will turn strategy into a sequenced, tracked program with clear owners and dates, reporting to the VP of Technology.

You thrive in ambiguity, influence teams without direct authority, and drive alignment for platform, sales, billing, and partner integrations while maintaining an integrated cross-org plan.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience across platform, product, and go-to-market work.
• Ability to build an integrated plan across multiple orgs with dependency management.
• Experience running sequencing/prioritization forums coordinating competing business cases.
• Autonomy in ambiguity with a written, dated plan.
• Ability to communicate complex problems to all levels, including execs.
• Experience with platform or infrastructure programs serving multiple lines or P&Ls.
• Experience with M&A integration is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills for multi-quarter programs.
• Ability to influence and inspire in a matrixed environment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management of Global B2B by building an integrated cross-org plan.
• Run sequencing forum to arbitrate priorities and capacity across commitments.
• Drive execution across platform layers and coordinate owners and funding decisions.
• Track and report program health across revenue lines and mitigate risks.
