Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed therapists to provide virtual psychotherapy to older adults. You will work remotely, set your own schedule, and be supported by a clinical lead and admin team.

We offer both part-time and full-time roles on a fee-for-service basis with 1099 and W2 options. Competitive per-session pay, plus benefits for W2 clinicians and ongoing clinical training.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Utah or eligible for licensure in Utah.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
