Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed therapists to provide virtual psychotherapy to older adults across the United States. You will receive a fully remote role with flexible scheduling seven days a week, and wraparound support to focus on clinical work.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities on a fee-for-service basis, with schedule autonomy and access to dedicated clinical leads, admin support, and AI documentation tools to streamline care.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations.
