Job summary
Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed therapists to provide remote, fee-for-service psychotherapy to older adults. You will set your schedule, join a supportive clinical team, and work from home with a dedicated lead and admin support.
The role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, 1099 or W2 depending on hours, and the potential for a full caseload in a flexible practice. You’ll use modern telehealth tools and EMR with AI documentation to focus on patient care, while Medicare
Qualifications
- Active, independent license in a relevant clinical field (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent).
- Telehealth experience preferred and comfortable with remote care.
- Experience with documentation and record-keeping in a fast-paced telehealth setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in virtual setting.
- Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
- Work independently within a collaborative care team.
- Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
- Participate in paid case consultations.
