Zusammenfassung

Sailor Health, Inc. is recruiting licensed therapists to provide remote psychotherapy to older adults. You will join a supportive clinical team, with a dedicated lead and administrative support, and you’ll manage a flexible caseload from home.

Choose part-time or full-time, set your own schedule across seven days, and benefit from competitive per-session pay and optional W2 benefits for 25+ hours/week. Medicare billing is handled by the organization, simplifying practice management.

Qualifikationen

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Licensed in Oregon
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
