Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed psychotherapists to provide remote care for older adults. Clinicians manage their own caseload, supported by clinical leads and real-time admin help, while working from home on a flexible schedule.

We offer part-time or full-time opportunities with fee-for-service (1099) or W2 options, plus professional development, CEUs, and geriatric-focused training. A strong support network helps you thrive in telehealth.

Qualifications

• Telehealth experience required or preferred.
• Independent clinical license and ability to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Master's or doctoral degree in SW, counseling, psychology, or MFT; licensure.
• Experience with geriatric population a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
• Design individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation with EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular case consultations.
