Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. offers remote, flexible psychotherapy roles for independently licensed clinicians specializing in geriatric care. Therapeutic sessions are conducted virtually across the United States, with caseloads provided and admin tasks handled by the practice.

Roles available as part-time or full-time on a fee-for-service basis, 1099 or W2, with schedules you set across 7 days. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits for eligible clinicians are offered.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in NH: LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent.
• Licensed in New Hampshire.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet each patient's needs.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently with EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
