Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is recruiting licensed therapists to provide virtual psychotherapy to older adults nationwide. You’ll have a supported caseload, administrative relief, and access to clinical leads and a responsive care team from your home office.

Choose part-time or full-time hours with a flexible, fee-for-service arrangement. Set your weekly schedule across seven days and receive competitive pay with benefits for full-time clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Licensed in Kentucky
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
