Job summary

Sailor Health is hiring licensed therapists to provide telehealth psychotherapy to older adults on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Choose 15 or 25 hours weekly with 1099 or W2 options, building toward a full caseload.

Fully remote, no evenings, set your own schedule across 7 days. We provide admin support, dedicated clinical leads, CEUs, and a 401(k) with employer matching for eligible W2 clinicians.

Qualifications

• Licensed independent clinician (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent)
• Licensed to practice in Kentucky
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or MFT
• Experience with older adults is preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHRs
• Medicare billing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults virtually
• Create and monitor personalized treatment plans
• Work independently within a collaborative care team
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools
• Participate in paid case consultations
