Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed therapists to provide virtual psychotherapy for older adults across the United States. You’ll receive a filled caseload, administrative support, and a clinical community to thrive with, all from home.

The role offers part-time or full-time opportunities on a fee-for-service basis, with dedicated clinical leads and real-time admin support, ensuring clinicians can focus on patient care. No evenings required.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker or equivalent (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC) preferred.
• Master's or doctoral degree in SW, counseling, psychology, or MFT.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
