Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed therapists to provide virtual psychotherapy to older adults from home. You will be paired with a caseload, backed by care navigators and a support team, with no marketing or referrals needed.

Work is fully remote with flexible scheduling across 7 days a week. Part-time and full-time roles are available, with 1099 or W2 options and a 25+ hour W2 benefits package including health coverage and a 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in LA (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
• Licensed in Louisiana.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHRs.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
