Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring independent licensed therapists to provide virtual psychotherapy for older adults from home. You'll be supported by care navigators, clinicians leads, and a team that handles admin tasks.

Work is fully remote with flexible part-time and full-time opportunities on a fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and grow the caseload with minimal marketing.

Qualifications

• Must hold an independent clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
• Experience with geriatric or older adult populations preferred.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and Medicare billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Collaborate with a care team and document in an EMR.
• Attend regular case consultations and maintain caseload.
