Wolfjaw Studios seeks a Business Development Associate to drive outreach and support engineering teams by turning project notes into compelling client stories. You will research prospective gaming and media clients, draft personalized emails, and document decision rationales for internal alignment.

The role splits about 75% in business development and 25% in team support, with fully remote options and a path to hybrid for certain locations. Strong writing and research skills are essential.

Formación

• Strong writing skills for concise emails and longer case studies.
• Strong research skills to source information online and verify reliability.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with ability to manage many prospects and tasks.
• Comfort learning technical concepts well enough to explain to others, not required to be an engineer.
• Written and oral proficiency in English is required for all Wolfjaw employees.

Responsabilidades

• Research prospective clients across games and media and assess fit.
• Document reasoning for pursued vs. ignored prospects for transparency.
• Draft personalized outreach emails and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Capture meeting notes and turn engineers’ notes into polished client case studies.
• Support leadership with research, document prep, and day-to-day needs.
