Job summary

Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive outreach and client research for backend and infrastructure services. You will split time 75% on business development and 25% on team support, collaborating with leadership and engineers to translate project notes into compelling client stories.

You will craft personalized emails, verify contact points, and document decisions in the CRM, helping Wolfjaw win scalable partnerships with game studios and media companies.

Qualifications

Strong writing skills for professional emails and case studies.
Strong research skills and ability to assess sources.
Exceptional attention to detail and organization for multiple prospects.
Comfort explaining backend systems to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Research prospective clients across games and media and assess fit.
Draft personalized outreach and keep CRM up to date.
Capture meeting notes and turn project notes into client case studies.
Support leadership with research, document prep, and day-to-day needs.
