Job summary
Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate to split time between identifying prospective clients and turning project notes into compelling client case studies. You will conduct research, draft personalized outreach, maintain CRM accuracy, and collaborate with leadership and engineers to win and keep partnerships.

Qualifications
- Strong writing: concise, personalized emails and longer-form case studies.
- Strong research: online sourcing, source reliability, and summarization.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization with multiple prospects.
- Comfort learning technical concepts and explaining them clearly to others (backend systems).
- Written and oral English proficiency is required for all Wolfjaw employees.
Responsibilities
- Research prospective clients, their products and infrastructure milestones to evaluate fit.
- Draft personalized outreach and manage CRM accuracy.
- Capture meeting notes and turn project notes into client case studies.
- Support leadership with research, document prep, and day-to-day needs.
