Job summary

Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate for our fully remote team. You’ll split your time about 75% on business development—researching prospective clients, evaluating fit, drafting outreach, and keeping CRM data up to date—and 25% on team support, turning project notes into polished case studies.

You don’t need to be an engineer, but you’ll speak credibly about backend systems and scale.

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills for concise emails and longer-form case studies.
• Strong research skills to assess prospects, news, and backend challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams and clients.
• Self-motivated with curiosity about how games run at scale and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients across games and media, their products and technical challenges.
• Evaluate fit for Wolfjaw's services and document your reasoning for the team.
• Draft personalized outreach and manage follow-ups in the outreach tracker/CRM.
• Turn engineering/project notes into client case studies following our format.
• Support leadership with research, document prep, and day-to-day needs.
• Write client-facing materials and marketing copy as needed.
