You will research prospective clients, assess fit, craft personalized emails, and document decisions while supporting leadership with research and prep work.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organization for multiple prospects.
• Comfort explaining technical concepts to non-engineers.
• English language proficiency required for all communication.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients across games and media and assess fit.
• Document reasoning for pursued or dropped prospects.
• Draft personalized outreach emails and manage CRM updates.
• Identify and verify the correct contact at each company.
• Capture meeting notes and turn project notes into client case studies.
