Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate to split time between research-oriented outreach and team support. You will study prospective game-related clients, determine fit, draft personalized outreach, and convert engineering notes into polished case studies.

You will collaborate with leadership and the engineering team to win and maintain client relationships. The role emphasizes strong writing and research, clear communication about backend systems, and remote work

Qualifications

• Experience writing concise professional emails and longer-form pieces such as case studies.
• Strong research skills to find reliable sources and summarize what matters.
• Ability to talk credibly about backend systems and scale without being an engineer.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, marketing, recruiting, or related outreach roles.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients across games and media, including products, news, technical challenges, and decision makers.
• Evaluate fit for Wolfjaw's services and document your reasoning for the team.
• Find verifiable reasons to reach out (launches, milestones, platform changes) and confirm with primary sources.
• Draft personalized cold emails and follow-ups; maintain outreach tracker and CRM.
• Write client case studies from engineering/project notes in our established format.
• Support leadership with research, document prep, and day-to-day needs.
