Job summary

Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate to split time between building client relationships (about 75%) and supporting the team (about 25%). You will research studios and publishers, draft outreach, document decisions, and turn engineering notes into compelling client case studies.

You’ll work closely with leadership and our engineers, learning how a technical services business wins and scales, with fully remote options and potential hybrid arrangements for local candidates.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and communication abilities for concise emails and case studies.
• Strong research skills to assess prospective clients and sources.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational prowess for lead management.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients in games and media, including products and recent news.
• Evaluate fit and document reasoning for outreach decisions.
• Draft personalized cold emails and maintain outreach CRM accuracy.
• Capture meeting notes and turn project notes into client case studies.
• Support leadership with research and day-to-day business tasks.
