Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate to split time between proactive client outreach (about 75%) and team support (about 25%). You will research prospective clients, craft personalized outreach, capture notes, and develop polished case studies from engineering and project notes.

You’ll collaborate with leadership and the engineering team to win and maintain client relationships. The role emphasizes strong writing, research, and organizational skills, plus comfort

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills for concise, personalized emails and longer-form case studies.
• Strong research skills to find, assess, and summarize credible sources.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization across many prospects.
• Comfort learning technical concepts to explain backend systems credibly to non-technical audiences.
• English language proficiency for written and verbal communication with partners.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients across games and media and assess fit.
• Document reasoning for pursuing or dropping prospects for the team.
• Draft personalized outreach messages and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Capture meeting notes and turn project notes into client case studies.
• Support leadership with research and day-to-day tasks.
