Job summary

Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate to help identify studios and publishers, draft outreach, and turn engineering notes into polished client stories. You will split your time roughly 75% on business development and 25% on team support, collaborating with leadership and our engineering team.

You’ll research prospective clients, document decisions, and maintain a precise outreach tracker while learning how a technical services business wins and retains clients.

• Strong writing skills for concise, personalized emails and longer case studies.
• Strong research skills to find information online and assess reliability.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization for many prospects.
• Comfort learning technical concepts and explaining them clearly to others.
• Proficiency in written and oral English for communication with teams and partners.

• Capturing clear, organized notes during meetings and sharing action items.
