Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager on the Integrated Fleet Services team to run fleet telematics and vehicle technology programs across North America, from mobilization to final quality review.

This role is remote within the U.S. You will own execution and reporting, build playbooks from first program, and coordinate field technicians and contractors while ensuring timelines, safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in project, program or operations roles.
• Experience scheduling, directing, training and holding technicians or field personnel accountable.
• Experience managing multi-stage processes with documentation and hard deadlines.
• Ability to write clear reports, forecasts and briefings for senior leaders.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
• Quality assurance or inspection experience with documentation and corrective action.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to visit sites and support field teams, including outdoor work at active vehicle yards.

Responsibilities

• Run installation and repair programs with a consistent process and track site schedules, vehicle readiness, hardware and completion status from kickoff to closeout.
• Schedule, direct and mobilize field technicians and 3P contractors across regions, onboarding and training as needed.
• Report program health to internal stakeholders, deliver status updates and lead reviews to mitigate risks with CBRE partners.
• Build and maintain forecasts, including completion timelines, technician demand and region coverage, and resource needs.
• Own reporting accuracy by maintaining trackers and dashboards and reconciling data from multiple sources.
