Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager on the Integrated Fleet Services team to lead fleet telematics programs across North America. You will own execution, reporting and build the playbooks for new programs, working remotely within the U.S. and coordinating with field teams, vendors and leadership.

You will manage schedules, budgets and risk, produce status updates, and ensure quality, safety and compliance while scaling operations for a growing client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in project, program or operations roles.
• Experience coordinating technicians and contractors across multiple locations.
• Ability to write clear reports and forecasts for senior leaders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for trackers and budgeting.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to visit sites.

Responsibilities

• Run several installation and repair programs with a consistent process from kickoff to closeout.
• Schedule, direct and mobilize field technicians and 3P contractors.
• Report program health to stakeholders and lead reviews to mitigate risks.
• Build forecasts and dashboards showing coverage, demand and territory needs.
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance with documented actions.
• Translate client specs into clear work instructions and train teams.
• Support SOW compliance, invoicing and expense tracking with finance.
