Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for the Integrated Fleet Services team to manage fleet telematics and vehicle technology programs across North America. This remote role supports field technicians, service providers, and client-facing reporting while building scalable processes.

You’ll lead multi-site execution, forecasts, dashboards, and SOW compliance, with travel up to 30% and a background in project or operations management. CBRE values integrity and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in project, program or operations roles, managing several concurrent programs or priorities against fixed deadlines.
• Experience scheduling, directing, training and holding technicians, contractors or other field personnel accountable, ideally across multiple locations.
• Experience managing multi-stage processes with documentation, compliance checkpoints and hard deadlines, such as onboarding, credentialing, processing or mobilization.
• Ability to write clear reports, forecasts and briefings for senior leaders, and to turn technical or policy requirements into plain instructions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, with the ability to build trackers, forecast demand and capacity, reconcile multiple data sources, and calculate budget and billing figures.
• Quality assurance or inspection experience, including documenting findings and driving corrective action.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to visit sites and support field teams, including outdoor work at active vehicle yards. Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Run installation and repair programs with a consistent process; track site schedules, vehicle readiness, and status from kickoff to closeout.
• Schedule, direct and mobilize field technicians and 3P contractors across regions; manage onboarding and field readiness.
• Report program health to internal stakeholders; deliver status updates and lead reviews to build mitigation plans with partners across CBRE business lines.
• Build and maintain forecasts; show coverage by region and resource needs; advise where to add technicians or contractors.
• Own reporting accuracy; maintain trackers and dashboards; reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Review installed work for quality, safety and compliance; document discrepancies and drive corrective action.
• Turn client specifications into clear work instructions and train field teams; cross-train teammates; may take on direct reports as team grows.
• Support SOW compliance, invoicing, expense tracking and billing accuracy with finance and contracts partners.
