Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Project Manager for the Integrated Fleet Services team to run fleet telematics and vehicle technology programs across North America, remotely from the U.S., owning execution and reporting from kickoff to closeout.

You will coordinate technicians and 3P contractors, build forecasts, ensure quality and safety, and report to senior leadership. Travel up to 30% and potential for growth within CBRE.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in project, program, or operations roles, with multiple concurrent programs.
• Experience scheduling, directing, training and holding technicians and contractors accountable across locations.
• Experience managing multi-stage processes with onboarding, credentialing, and mobilization.
• Ability to write clear reports and forecasts for senior leaders, and to turn technical or policy requirements into plain instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to build trackers, forecast demand and capacity, reconcile data sources, and calculate budgets.
• Travel up to 30% to visit sites and support field teams.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Run several installation and repair programs with a consistent process across sites, from kickoff to closeout.
• Schedule, direct and mobilize field technicians and 3P contractors regionally, ensuring onboarding and training.
• Report program health to internal stakeholders and lead reviews to build mitigation plans.
• Build forecasts and track technician demand and regional coverage, recommending staffing needs.
• Own reporting accuracy with trackers and dashboards across multiple data sources.
• Review installed work for quality, safety and compliance, documenting findings and driving corrective action.
• Turn client specifications into clear work instructions and train field teams, with potential for direct reports.
• Support SOW compliance, invoicing, expense tracking and billing with finance and contracts.
