CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Integrated Fleet Services team. This role manages fleet telematics and vehicle technology programs across North America, from technician mobilization through final quality review.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in project, program or operations roles.
• Experience scheduling, directing, training and holding technicians or field personnel accountable.
• Experience managing multi-stage processes with documentation, compliance checkpoints and hard deadlines.
• Ability to write clear reports, forecasts and briefings for senior leaders, and to turn technical or policy requirements into plain instructions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, with the ability to build trackers, forecast demand and reconcile data sources.

Responsibilities

• Run several installation and repair programs at once with one consistent process, tracking site schedules, vehicle readiness, hardware and completion status from kickoff through closeout.
• Schedule, direct and mobilize field technicians and third-party contractors across regions, onboarding and training staff as needed.
• Report program health to internal stakeholders, deliver status updates and briefings, and lead reviews to build mitigation plans with partners across CBRE business lines.
• Build and maintain forecasts, track completion timelines and regional coverage, and identify where to add technicians or contractors.
• Own reporting accuracy; build trackers and dashboards, reconcile data from multiple sources and resolve discrepancies at the source.
• Review installed work for quality, safety and compliance; document discrepancies and drive corrective action.
• Turn client specifications into clear work instructions and train field teams; cross-train and potentially supervise staff.
• Support SOW compliance, invoicing, expense tracking and billing accuracy with internal finance and contracts partners.
