Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for the Integrated Fleet Services team to run fleet telematics and vehicle technology programs across North America. You will own execution and reporting from technician mobilization through final quality review, building the playbook for future programs.

This remote role within the U.S. requires coordinating installations, training technicians, and maintaining accurate forecasts and dashboards while ensuring safety and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in project, program, or operations roles managing concurrent programs.
• Experience scheduling, directing, training and holding field personnel accountable across locations.
• Experience managing multi-stage processes with documentation, compliance checks and hard deadlines.
• Ability to write clear reports, forecasts and briefings for senior leaders and translate requirements into instructions.

Responsibilities

• Run installation and repair programs with a consistent process; track site schedules, readiness, hardware and completion from kickoff to closeout.
• Direct and mobilize field technicians and 3P contractors across regions; manage onboarding, training and readiness to start on schedule.
• Report program health to internal stakeholders; deliver status updates and briefings; lead reviews to build mitigation plans with partners.
• Build and maintain forecasts including timelines, technician demand and regional coverage; identify shortfalls and staffing needs.
• Own reporting accuracy; build trackers and dashboards; reconcile data from multiple sources and resolve discrepancies at the source.
• Review installed work for quality, safety and compliance; document findings and drive corrective action.
• Translate client specs into clear work instructions and train field teams; cross-train and potentially supervise team members.
• Support SOW compliance, invoicing, expense tracking and billing accuracy with finance and contracts partners.
