Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager for the Integrated Fleet Services team. This remote role leads fleet telematics and vehicle-technology programs across North America, driving execution and reporting while scaling the client portfolio.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, dashboards and forecasts, and ensure quality, safety and compliance. The role emphasizes strong writing and briefing skills for senior leadership, plus travel up to 30% to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in project, program or operations roles with multiple concurrent priorities.
• Experience directing technicians and field personnel across locations.
• Experience managing multi‑stage processes with onboarding, credentialing or mobilization.
• Ability to write clear reports and briefings for senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to build trackers and forecasts.
• Quality assurance or inspection experience with corrective action.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to visit sites and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Run several installation and repair programs with one consistent process and track site readiness.
• Schedule, direct and mobilize field technicians and 3P contractors across regions.
• Report program health to stakeholders; deliver status updates and lead reviews.
• Build and maintain forecasts and resource plans by region and demand.
• Own reporting accuracy; maintain trackers and dashboards across sources.
• Review installed work for quality, safety and compliance; document and act on discrepancies.
• Translate client specs into clear work instructions and train field teams.
• Support SOW compliance, invoicing and billing processes with finance and contracts.
