Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager on the Integrated Fleet Services (IFS) team to run fleet telematics and vehicle technology programs across North America, from mobilization through final quality review. This role is remote within the U.S.

You will lead installation and repair programs, coordinate field technicians and 3P contractors, and deliver accurate reports and forecasts to senior leaders while building scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in project, program or operations roles.
• Experience scheduling, directing, training and holding technicians or field personnel accountable.
• Ability to write clear reports, forecasts and briefings for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple installation and repair programs with a consistent process from kickoff to closeout.
• Schedule, direct and mobilize field technicians and 3P contractors across regions; manage onboarding and training.
• Report program health to internal stakeholders; lead reviews and mitigate risks with partners.
• Build forecasts including timelines, technician demand and regional coverage; advise on resource needs.
• Own reporting accuracy; maintain trackers and dashboards and reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Review installed work for quality, safety and compliance; drive corrective action.
• Turn client specifications into clear work instructions and train field teams; provide coaching as team grows.
• Support SOW compliance, invoicing, expense tracking and billing with finance and contracts.
