Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Integrated Fleet Services team to run fleet telematics and vehicle technology programs across North America. This remote role within the U.S. focuses on execution, reporting and scaling playbooks from first program to future ones.

You will lead technicians and subcontractors, manage schedules, ensure quality and compliance, and provide leadership briefings. The position requires 5+ years in related roles and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in project, program or operations roles with multiple concurrent programs.
• Experience scheduling, directing, training and holding field personnel accountable.
• Experience managing multi-stage processes with onboarding, credentialing or mobilization.
• Ability to write clear reports, forecasts and senior-leader briefings.
• In-depth knowledge of Excel and ability to build trackers, forecast demand and reconcile data.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple installation and repair programs with a consistent process from kickoff to closeout.
• Direct and mobilize field technicians and 3P contractors across regions; manage onboarding and training.
• Report program health to stakeholders and lead reviews to plan mitigations with partners.
• Build and maintain forecasts, timelines, technician demand and regional coverage.
• Own reporting accuracy by reconciling data from multiple sources and addressing discrepancies.
• Review installed work for quality, safety and compliance; drive corrective action.
