The Landline Company is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead the maintenance and fleet optimization for a growing 100‑motorcoach operation. You’ll drive preventive maintenance, vendor partnerships, and cost controls, while ensuring regulatory compliance and high service readiness across the network.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of experience in transportation operations, logistics, fleet ops, or related consulting.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain or equivalent hands‑on experience in transportation logistics.
• Strong data and analytical skills; Excel required; SQL/Python/BI tools a plus.
• Familiarity with Fleetio and/or Samsara.
• Comfort using AI tools to move quickly across projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with frontline hourly staff.

Responsabilidades

• Own the maintenance function with plan, vendors and data for a growing fleet.
• Build a rolling maintenance forecast aligned to OEM intervals and usage.
• Maintain maintenance budget with Finance and variance reporting.
• Coordinate unscheduled and corrective maintenance without disrupting operations.
• Keep accurate service records in Fleetio and Samsara; elevate issues to SOC.
