Job summary

The Landline Company is seeking a Remote Fleet Manager to lead maintenance and fleet operations for a growing motorcoach fleet. You will ensure safety, compliance, and readiness across the North American network, coordinating with vendors, OEMs, and the dispatch team.

You will build maintenance forecasts, manage budget, supervise external facilities, and drive continuous improvement using Fleetio and Samsara. Strong data skills and a proactive, high-energy approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Require 5–10 years in transportation operations, logistics, or fleet ops.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• Strong data and analytical skills; Excel required; SQL/Python/BI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance planning and data for a growing 100-motorcoach fleet.
• Build rolling maintenance forecast aligned to OEM intervals.
• Manage maintenance budget and variance reporting.
• Coordinate unscheduled maintenance to avoid service disruption.
• Maintain service records in Fleetio and Samsara; track DVIRs.
