The Landline Company is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead maintenance and fleet readiness for a growing motorcoach operation. You will own the maintenance program, manage vendors and data, and drive improvements that keep vehicles compliant, available, and cost-efficient.

You will build forecasts, manage budgets, and coordinate with SOC and dispatch to minimize downtime while expanding capacity for a larger fleet across North America. Remote work flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in transportation operations, logistics, or fleet operations.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong data and analytical skills; proficient with Excel; SQL/Python a plus.
• Familiarity with Fleetio and Samsara is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the maintenance function with plan, vendors and data for a growing fleet.
• Build rolling forecast aligned to OEM intervals and usage patterns.
• Maintain the maintenance budget and report variances.
• Coordinate unscheduled maintenance without disrupting service.
• Keep service records in Fleetio and Samsara; flag out-of-service conditions.
• Manage parts procurement and validate pass-through costs.
• Schedule planned and unplanned work, ensuring timely positioning of buses.
• Review partner invoices and track technician usage against budget.
