Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented New Call/Follow Up Specialist to join Cox Fleet. You’ll manage inbound calls, capture accurate information, and coordinate with service providers to keep fleets on the road.

This fully remote role offers competitive hourly pay with benefits, a 401(k) match, and growth opportunities. Training starts in Nov/Dec with flexible scheduling; some roles may hybridize near Cherryville, NC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, up to 2 years in a related field.
• Strong customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Accurately gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call.
• Obtain complete and accurate information while on the call, recording the unit's location.
• Ensure accurate billing information is communicated to the service provider.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow their instructions.
• Collaborate with the roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks within deadlines.
