Cox Automotive is seeking detail-oriented New Call/Follow Up Specialists for Cox Fleet. You will manage fleet operation logistics, collect accurate information on calls, and coordinate with service providers to ensure timely maintenance and billing accuracy.

Role offers remote work outside a 30-mile radius of Cherryville, NC, with hybrid options for nearby locations. Pay ranges from $15.10 to $22.69 per hour, plus potential incentives and benefits. Training and 24/7 environment noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service experience required.
• Preferred: degree in related discipline or industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Gather and follow customer requirements during initial call.
• Obtain complete and accurate information; record unit location.
• Ensure accurate billing information is communicated to service provider.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow instructions.
• Collaborate with roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
