Cox Automotive is hiring a New Call/Follow Up Specialist to support Cox Fleet with strong customer service skills. The role handles inbound/outbound calls, data entry, and coordination with service providers to ensure timely vehicle maintenance and billing accuracy.

Positions offer remote work outside a 30-mile radius of Cherryville, NC or hybrid within; compensation is hourly and may include incentives. Training aligned with a 24/7/365 environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service experience and problem-solving skills.
• Preference for degree in related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Accurately gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call.
• Enter data promptly and record unit location accurately.
• Ensure accurate billing information is communicated to the service provider.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow instructions.
• Collaborate with roadside dispatcher when issues arise.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
