Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Sales Engineer Specialist for its Storage & Analysis portfolio. This role combines technical storytelling with customer-facing engagement to drive adoption and pipeline growth across Cribl's product lines.

You will partner with a dedicated Product Sales Specialist, demo the solution, present technical information, and execute Proof of Value events to secure opportunities. Travel up to 30%; Eastern Region preferred.

Qualifications

5+ yrs in a customer-facing role (Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or similar).
Experience selling into new and existing customers (land and expand).
Ability to teach customers how to identify new opportunities via consultative selling.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in a customer-facing role OR equivalent education/experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Explain Cribl's Storage & Analysis value throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with Product Sales Specialist to develop strategies and drive pipeline.
Create demos and selling assets reflecting customer buying patterns.
Demo the product and answer questions during initial sales calls and presentations.
Lead proofs of value events and guide customers through PoCs to ensure successful outcomes.
Document use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
