Cribl is seeking a Sales Engineer Specialist to drive the success of our Storage & Analysis product portfolio. This role thrives in customer-facing environments, takes ownership of outcomes, and partners with Sales to accelerate opportunities.

You will demo products, deliver presentations, run Proof of Value events, and guide customers through PoCs to ensure successful outcomes. The position is remote-first, with occasional travel up to 30% and preferred residence in the Eastern Region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with logs, metrics, observability, IT operations, or security in a customer-facing role.
• Background of selling into new and existing customers (land and expand).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent AND 3–5 years in a customer-facing role or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand value of Cribl's Storage & Analysis products during the sales process.
• Collaborate with a Product Sales Specialist to develop and execute sales strategies and drive pipeline growth.
• Develop demos and demo content, presentations, and selling artifacts reflecting customer buying patterns.
• Demo the product and answer questions during initial sales calls; deliver sales presentations and PV events.
• Guide customers through proof-of-concept activities and ensure successful outcomes.
• Document use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
