Cribl is seeking a high-performing Sales Engineer Specialist to drive the success of our Storage & Analysis product portfolio. This role thrives in customer-facing environments, owns outcomes, and aims to exceed sales goals.

As a trusted technical advisor, you will partner with Sales to accelerate opportunities, deliver product demonstrations, and guide customers through proof-of-value events across multiple time zones. Willingness to travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs of experience working with logs, metrics, observability, IT operations, or security solutions in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl’s Storage & Analysis products during the entire sales process.
• Partner with a Product Sales Specialist to develop and execute sales strategies, support customer engagement, and drive pipeline growth across Cribl's emerging product lines.
• Collaborate with the Field team to develop demos, content, presentations, and other selling artifacts reflecting customer buying patterns.
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during initial sales calls.
• Deliver sales presentations, present technical information and conduct Proof of Value events.
• Guide customers through proof-of-concept activities to ensure successful outcomes.
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
